Xiaoling Xiang received an award from the Ginsberg Center for Community and Service Learning. Her project aims to foster a partnership among U-M, Jewish Family Service of Metropolitan Detroit, and the Southeast Michigan Senior Regional Collaborative to examine barriers and opportunities to implement and sustain a social work-based primary care integration intervention for vulnerable older adults in southeast Michigan.
