Dr. Matthew Smith, Principal Investigator of Modifying and Evaluating Virtual Reality Job Interview Training for Youth in Transition, publishes a paper on the adaptation of the virtual reality job interview training tool for transition aged youth with autism. Dr. Smith and his team implemented a community engagement approach to collect qualitative and quantitative data from youth with autism and community stakeholders. Results of this data led to revisions in the original tool. Some revisions include adding diversity, shortening interviews, adding social storytelling, and making e-learning content more accessible. Take a look.
